Salary Grant

Grant Funding
- There will grant funding allocated to lead schools for each trainee depending on the subject of their ITT course.
- It is important to note that grant funding is not available for apprentices employed in a school that is not part of a schools direct partnership.
- Grant funding can apply to the following postgraduate teaching apprenticeships in the 2023/2024 academic year.
How much funding can I get?
For unfunded subjects at secondary or across primary, the school will employ the apprentice as an unqualified teacher and the levy funds the university delivered ITT course.
