We recognise the importance for all schools to have a practical and sustainable approach to Initial Teacher Training which will enable your trust and school to plan not just for today, but for tomorrow and beyond.
With all PGCE with QTS courses having start dates across the calendar year and in all secondary subjects rather than the traditional September start date, we are here to support you in building a sustainable pipeline of staff across your school.

Our Bursary+ recruitment model
Our model allows you the flexibility to build a training programme that best fits the classroom experience or academic background of each prospective trainee.
This allows any prospective PHYSICS, CHEMISTRY, MATHS and COMPUTING trainee to not only access their bursary entitlement but earn a weekly stipend for the duration of their PGCE with QTS course. This makes a more attractive proposition for the trainee and allowing you to attract the best talent for your school.
Experience
This does include a pre course period of employment to allow the prospective trainee to gain experience as a TA or Cover Supervisor within the school ahead of any PGCE with QTS training commencing.
Integration
Through this period, you are providing an opportunity for the prospective trainee to become embedded in your wider philosophy and ethos but most importantly of all, become immersed in the real day to day life and experience of working in your fantastic setting.
